Dino and Rocco Balesano’s Waterproofing was a contractor that I used exclusively while owning a real estate management company. The work as well as the warranties offered provided a great deal of security to my clients. In addition, they installed a perimeter drain system in my home. Which has also been a successful application. I highly recommend this contractor to provide service.

Had a good feeling about Dino and the company right off the bat. They lived up to their promises by getting the work done in a timely manner, offer a senior discount and fair financing options, and then going over the precise work done. The company has a nice family feel, and it’s comforting to know that they will be there if needed long after the work has been completed.

Dino and Rocco’s quote for repairing two(2) leaking foundation cracks in the basement was lowest cost with the best warranty (25 years) of the three(3) quotes I solicited. During his visit to my house to observe the cracks and leaks, Rocco said “I see your problem everyday”. Then, Rose, the administrative assistant, found a way to move my project to the front of their busy calendar at my behest to avoid more hours of towel-ringing from frequent summer t-storms. Rocco and his work-team were in my driveway at precisely the estimated time and did all the contracted repairs in 4.5 hours. The team was friendly, courteous, and professional. I couldn’t be more pleased with the service rendered, and look forward without fear to the next rain-event to prove the work. Rocco’s last words to me were “if you have any problems give us a call”. I highly recommend this local expert and competent contractor to anybody with leaking foundation walls/floors.

For any foundation or basement water issues you have, I would highly recommend calling them for a very fair quote. They will fix your issue if they say they can.
