Find The Service You Need

We had two episodes of water in the basement. I had a company recommended by the Insurance Company come and do the clean-up. They were supposed to pin-point where the water was coming from and make necessary repairs. They did not identify where the water was coming from and just removed the water and left. On the second occurrence I decided that I needed to find someone more responsive and called Dino & Rocco’s. They came within a day and reviewed the “scene” and made recommendations with estimated costs for us. They were very professional, told us what needed to be done and again estimated the cost. They showed up when they said they would, went above and beyond in getting our issues resolved and we are now confident that our water in the basement issues have been resolved. I would be happy to recommend them to anyone looking to resolve water issues both inside and outside.

I am so thankful for Dino and Rocco’s waterproofing. After getting several estimates from other companies, I was so discouraged. My lowest quote was $7k and the highest was over $15k. All said the same thing, I needed a complete drainage system and extensive work to keep the basement dry. Ugh!!!
While spending some time with family, I mentioned that I was looking for a reliable affordable waterproofing company. My Neice and Nephew told me that they had just had work done by Dino an Rocco’s and were extremely satisfied and I should call. Well I did, and thank God I did.
Dino came out and started the search after getting more information from me about where it was coming from. During his search, we were both praying to find a crack in the foundation as that would be the easiest fix and least expensive, but I was hopeless as the other companies didn’t find anything? After about five minutes, Dino finds a huge crack in the foundation hiding behind my shrubs. Wow. Seriously? I couldn’t believe it. “Here’s your problem”, he said. “ we can have that taken care of for you for $1500 total!!!
Dino and Rocco came out, completed the job, cleaned up after themselves and kept their word on the price as well as giving me a lifetime warranty!

Dino and Rocco’s quote for repairing two(2) leaking foundation cracks in the basement was lowest cost with the best warranty (25 years) of the three(3) quotes I solicited. During his visit to my house to observe the cracks and leaks, Rocco said “I see your problem everyday”. Then, Rose, the administrative assistant, found a way to move my project to the front of their busy calendar at my behest to avoid more hours of towel-ringing from frequent summer t-storms. Rocco and his work-team were in my driveway at precisely the estimated time and did all the contracted repairs in 4.5 hours. The team was friendly, courteous, and professional. I couldn’t be more pleased with the service rendered, and look forward without fear to the next rain-event to prove the work. Rocco’s last words to me were “if you have any problems give us a call”. I highly recommend this local expert and competent contractor to anybody with leaking foundation walls/floors.
